Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026. This policy applies to the Kapur PPA™ platform and to every client workspace hosted on it.
Who maintains this page
This policy is maintained by the Kapur PPA™ platform owner and describes how the platform handles data today. It is a description of current practice, not an independent audit or certification.
Data we collect
Account data: the email address you sign in with, plus the first name, last name and avatar you choose to add to your profile.
Workspace data: the workspaces, business units, roles and invitations you create or are added to.
Delivery data: projects, tasks, stakeholders, risks, actions, issues, decisions, milestones, status reports, resources, documents, training records and coaching notes you enter.
Operational data: sign-in events and error diagnostics used to keep the service running.
How we use it
To provide the platform: authenticate you, resolve which workspace you are acting in, and return only the records your role is permitted to see.
To send service messages: invitations, approval requests, notification alerts and the optional weekly digest. You control in-app, email and digest delivery in your notification preferences.
To maintain and improve reliability and security.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your delivery data for advertising.
Tenant separation
Every operational table is protected by row-level security tied to your workspace membership. Members of one client organisation cannot read, search or export another organisation's records.
Sub-processors
The platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure for hosting, database, authentication and file storage, and uses an email delivery provider for transactional messages. Contact the workspace administrator for the current list applicable to your contract.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are retained while the workspace is active. You can delete individual records you have permission to manage, and a workspace administrator can remove members. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact your workspace administrator or the support address in the footer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests are handled through your workspace administrator or the support contact below.
Security contact
If you believe you have found a vulnerability or a data-handling problem, report it to the support address shown in the site footer before disclosing it publicly.
