Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. These terms govern access to the Kapur PPA™ platform.
Accepting these terms
By signing in to the Kapur PPA™ platform you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation whose workspace you access. Where a signed master services agreement exists between your organisation and Kapur, that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
Accounts and access
Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials, and keep your password confidential. Access is granted per workspace and per role; attempting to reach data outside your role or workspace is a breach of these terms.
Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles and removing access when someone leaves.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the platform, or use it to store data your organisation is not permitted to process. Do not use the platform to harass others or to store content that is unlawful.
Your content
Projects, documents, reports and other records you upload remain the property of your organisation. We process them to operate the platform on your behalf. Deleting a record removes it from the active service; backups age out on the provider's normal cycle.
Methodology and intellectual property
The Kapur PPA™ methodology, templates, glossary, brand assets and the platform itself remain the intellectual property of Kapur. Licensed workspaces may use them internally for delivery; redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless one is stated in your organisation's agreement. Planned maintenance may cause short interruptions.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where an account is used in breach of these terms or presents a security risk. Your organisation can terminate access at any time by removing members or closing the workspace.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in-app. Questions go to the support address in the site footer.
